2. Contact inquiries
The form sends your name, email address and message to the controller by email. The data is used only to answer your request and prepare a possible photography service under Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages are not stored in the website database and are deleted when no longer needed for the inquiry or legal retention duties.
3. Hosting and security
Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and security services. Technical request data may be processed to deliver and protect the website. A short-lived hashed rate-limit identifier protects the contact form from abuse.
4. Local storage and cookies
The public website uses no advertising or optional tracking cookies. It stores only interface settings needed for navigation and the acknowledgment of the privacy notice. The administration area uses a necessary session cookie after login.
5. Recipients
Contact messages are delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to the controller’s mailbox. Technical providers process data only as needed to provide their services and under GDPR safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
